Hotel located within Bandung City Centre not far from Bandung train station, within walking distance from Jl. Braga. The room was spacious and clean, AC is cold so you will need to adjust accordingly. Hotel staff are attentive and can speak fluent English, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

This is our favourite hotel during this trip. It’s spacious, the room is immaculately clean, the breakfast spread is wide and the interior of the whole hotel is just modern and classy. Everything is almost perfect here

over all is good , only 1 things no have welcome drink . all staff very friendly . breakfast taste is OK , many choice of local food variation . easy check in and check out . spacious room . will back again stay at this hotel

Formerly a beautiful hotel with faded charm. Poorly managed. Employees barely understand English. Large but worn rooms. Tap in bathroom wobbly, dirty all around. No yogurt or jam at breakfast. Restaurant catastrophic. 80% of the things ordered were not available. Service extremely slow and incompetent. It took 30 minutes before I was told that there was no Sprite. The waiter spoke and understood no English and had to get colleagues to communicate twice. Only the cash register worked...

the room is too noisy because all room facing open space which have rstaurant/cafe in downstair. At late night a lot of guess talking and laugh very louder and asking the hotel staff to control, but the hotel staff cant do anything

Nice clean hotel with comfy beds. Breakfast spread is wide but less tasty actually. Strangely, the pastries are yummy instead. Nice pool, koi fish pond, green house and kids playroom. The best part is the mini bar is free and you can replenish them upon consumption

I recently stayed here where the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. Not only did they bring a delicious cake to my room, but they also surprised me by singing the birthday song. Their thoughtful gesture truly made my day extra special. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, and their attention to detail ensured that my birthday celebration was unforgettable. I think this hotel is already running down and old fashioned. Interior design in the bedroom is kind of old, dark, the carpet is bit smelly and side lamp looks really need to be removed. Toilet leakage. The bathroom tiles looks obseleit and lots of stains. The shower also need to be replaced. The hair dryer is not broken etc. I understand since pandemic covid 19, all business are suffering. Struggling to survive. Perhaps it is one of the reasons all the renovation projects are cancelled. And one more thing.. the breakfast is really on low key budgets. Bit disappointed. Compare to other hotels in the similar category, grand aquilla far below the others. The management of the hotel should pay attention to this matter. Your hotel is so empty while others starting to receive lots of guests. Otherwise, you'll be left behind...

The first time staying at Padma Hotel was an amazing experience. From the beginning of check in, the room was upgraded from Deluxe Room to Premier with Balcony. Then got complimentary afternoon tea with all the menus that failed.. It was really delicious.. The room facilities were amazing.. No need to ask about cleanliness.. Then at breakfast the menu was plentiful and all delicious. We were served by the waiter ”Gilang” who was very friendly and quick to serve us.. The Adventure Park is quite spacious and complete, you won't get bored especially if you bring children.. Always be successful Padma Hotel Bandung ❤️
