This hotel is highly recommended in banff town. It has complete facilities and a warm and comfortable environment. You will get a three-day scenic bus ticket for free when you stay. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious.
ps The hotel adheres to the concept of environmental protection and does not have drinking water supply. It is said that banff can drink water directly or buy it at the market price. The hand sanitizer and soap are also made from local brands and are of good quality.
The hotel location is located on the Main Street and is easily accessible to shops and restaurants. The guy at the check in counter is really friendly and patient in the helping of our booking of the tickets for our next two days trip and save me a lot of headache.
As expected, this is the best hotel in Banff.
Every single piece of furniture was so beautiful that it felt like I had traveled back in time to a medieval castle😊
The room was small‼ I had seen information on YouTube beforehand, but it was a very spacious room, contrary to my expectations. It even came with a bathrobe, and it was the best room😊👌
For dinner, I went to a place called ”Randle Bar” and had ”beer”, ”shrimp salad”, and ”beef tartare”.
This was also great😍
The ”chili pork” I ordered as an extra wasn't that great😅
I got up early in the morning and watched the sunrise over Cascade Mountain from the courtyard. It was the best‼️
For breakfast, I went to a restaurant called ”stock”, which opens at 6am, and had a hearty ”B.E.L.T. sandwich” and cafe au lait, which was delicious and filling.
The flight from Narita was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Banff until around 19:30, and the next morning we had to leave the hotel at 08:30 for a tour, so it was a shame that our stay was so short 😰
Next time, I'd like to check in early and stay in the hotel until the last possible moment 👍😊

The location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended.

We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.
It has the atmosphere of an old furnished mountain region apartment but the cleaning services is rough. I found two and more but shells and bugs body on the rug after I checked in. The location isn’t too far from downtown Banff however under the coldness it would be rough walking to town. Parking is extra (14.99cad not fee as the page stated on trip.com) phone to ask the details before booking this place… it’s an ok place to stay just not great for family vocation.
Easy check in and check out. Simply download their mobile app to receive a virtual key to your room, or check in in person at the Banff Caribou Hotel and Spa. When checking out, just dial ”0” to the front desk, leave the card in the room and you're good to go :)
The room has been renovated and is clean and modern. They have microwave, mini fridge and kettle. You can also take away their mug as a souvenir for free.
In the bathroom, they offer Rocky Mountain Soap Company products that are handmade and vegan. If you like them, you can go to their stores in Canmore or Banff, or order directly online.
The hotel is located in Banff town, about ten minutes walk to the town center. The room provides a coffee machine and kettle. It is relatively good. Breakfast is 25 Canadian dollars for adults and half price for children. The variety of food is pitifully small. It is recommended to go out for food

LLolly LollyBanff Aspen Lodge provided me with a great hotel experience as part of my memorable trip to the Rockies. Staff were friendly and accomodating to all guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s general ambiance was warm and welcoming, which I always appreciate. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Banff.
GGuest UserThis place is strategically located. It is situated directly opposite Banff High School Transit where travelers can take Roam 8x to Lake Louise. Right outside, there are local buses you can take, example Roam 1 which takes you to Banff Gondola. The Inn also provides complimentary local Roam tickets. You will have to purchase Roam 8x express on your own. For drivers, they have complimentary parking too (depends on availability). We will return again because of its location. Staff service, room cleanliness, amenities are all good. Nothing to complain about.
GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively old, clean, and in a good location. The front desk communication is a bit superfluous. They can use a few words, but they have to speak a lot of English. It's average. If you have money, you can choose a better one.
TtheshbangRoom was spacious and clean, definitely a new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast every morning, had delicious selections. Really like the big balcony too which you can view stars at night without light pollution. A bit of a walk / 5 min drive to main Banff town but not an issue. Great amenities in room and service was great too! Highly recommend.
CchristineBow View Lodge is the hidden treasure of Banff National Park, located right along the river path with amazing views. You can look out your window and see Elk and hear the Coyotes howl. The Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and well kept. As a guest you have access to the Banff Park Lodge for swimming and restaurants. We will be back again.
GGuest UserReasonable stay, a little far out from Banff but good public transport close by. Free parking at the rear of the property, a big bonus but parking is available in the underground carpark.
Expensive for what was provided.
Apartment well fitted out and everything required for the stay is provided, but the most critical item, the safe, was not working, meaning that we had to take passports, cards and cash with us throughout our stay in Banff.
Regretfully disappointed with poor sleep throughout the stay, the sound proofing is exceptionally poor, especially from overhead apartments, with wooden floors creaking badly and every footstep clearly heard. Interconnecting doors had poor soundproofing, every sound and talking were clearly heard. Apprciate that the building is timber, but there are numerous ways to improve the soundproofing, but at a commercial cost.
Bring a good set of ear plugs, they are essential for sleep.
Train leaves the station or passes through Banff at 5.40 every morning, and the driver loves to use his horn on every occasion, no need for an alarm clock!!
GGuest UserThe duplex room I booked has 3 large beds. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is of a good size. There is a bathroom upstairs, but you can only take a shower downstairs. The hot tub and sauna are very pleasant with the scenery. It is very convenient to park the car and take the bus.
GGuest UserThe hotel is carefully decorated, the service staff is friendly, and the room is very clean
There is an underground parking lot and an elevator, which is very convenient for carrying luggage.
In-room meals are provided, which are inexpensive and convenient.
GGuest UserVery good, I always stay here, the hotel is new, the breakfast is very good, the price is very suitable, I recommend staying here. The front desk is very friendly and very suitable.
GGuest UserI stayed with six people, and the room was very clean. I was the only one there on the third day, and it was so comfortable! There was a locker in the room, but you need to bring your own lock. Everyone was very polite. I was particularly interested in the fact that they could cook at home. I bought some food from the nearby supermarket and cooked it to satisfy my Chinese stomach. The third photo shows that I bought a bus from Calgary Airport and was taken directly to Banff Youth Hostel. It was so convenient!
The average price for hotels in Banff is AED 1,138 on weekdays, and AED 1,274 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
