This hotel is highly recommended in banff town. It has complete facilities and a warm and comfortable environment. You will get a three-day scenic bus ticket for free when you stay. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious.
ps The hotel adheres to the concept of environmental protection and does not have drinking water supply. It is said that banff can drink water directly or buy it at the market price. The hand sanitizer and soap are also made from local brands and are of good quality.
The hotel location is located on the Main Street and is easily accessible to shops and restaurants. The guy at the check in counter is really friendly and patient in the helping of our booking of the tickets for our next two days trip and save me a lot of headache.
The location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended.
We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.
The hotel is on the hillside of Tunnel Mountain, a little distance from the town centre. There must be a car to travel, otherwise it is inconvenient. There is no air conditioning in the room, it is still a bit hot in summer, there should be no problem in winter, you can open a window, but you need to ponder for a while, very technical, screened, mosquitoes are estimated in the woods. When the hot pool was under maintenance, my daughter actually ran to the hotel next to it, saying there was a water playground and a slide. The most unexpected and most satisfying place is that when the scenery on the small gazebo behind the house is seen, three deer walked through the woods behind the house. It may be that the sun goes down to the nest and enjoys the wildlife in the eyes. Very lucky, it is estimated. It is also a kind of experience that is not too much.
Overall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle.
Easy check in and check out. Simply download their mobile app to receive a virtual key to your room, or check in in person at the Banff Caribou Hotel and Spa. When checking out, just dial ”0” to the front desk, leave the card in the room and you're good to go :)
The room has been renovated and is clean and modern. They have microwave, mini fridge and kettle. You can also take away their mug as a souvenir for free.
In the bathroom, they offer Rocky Mountain Soap Company products that are handmade and vegan. If you like them, you can go to their stores in Canmore or Banff, or order directly online.
The hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town.
The duplex room I booked has 3 large beds. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is of a good size. There is a bathroom upstairs, but you can only take a shower downstairs. The hot tub and sauna are very pleasant with the scenery. It is very convenient to park the car and take the bus.

Very Good
DDahuahuaaifengyouThe hotel is a newly opened resort hotel at the outermost part of Banff Avenue. You can choose to take the bus (free bus tickets are given at the front desk) or walk (15 minutes) to downtown. The room is large, the view is great, and the facilities are complete. It is very comfortable and warm. When I woke up, the terrace was covered with snow. It was so beautiful. There are also hot springs and SPA in the hotel. Next time I come to Banff, I will definitely choose these newly opened resort hotels. The price-performance ratio is very high!
TTLocation strategic, very near to the main street where lots of restaurants and souvenir shops are. A supermarket is nearby. A bus stop (bus no.1 is nearly in the front). The room is spacious and get heated very soon. There's kettle, hair dryer, everything I need.
There's a small gym room as well. Staff service so so (they omitted to call me notwithstanding my walk-up call request. Luckily I was still struggling with jetlag at the time and didn't fall asleep actually before checking out for an airport shuttle in early morning. Price good
GGuest UserThis place is strategically located. It is situated directly opposite Banff High School Transit where travelers can take Roam 8x to Lake Louise. Right outside, there are local buses you can take, example Roam 1 which takes you to Banff Gondola. The Inn also provides complimentary local Roam tickets. You will have to purchase Roam 8x express on your own. For drivers, they have complimentary parking too (depends on availability). We will return again because of its location. Staff service, room cleanliness, amenities are all good. Nothing to complain about.
GGuest UserThe hotel is carefully decorated, the service staff is friendly, and the room is very clean
There is an underground parking lot and an elevator, which is very convenient for carrying luggage.
In-room meals are provided, which are inexpensive and convenient.
JJAY DAEGEONI recently had the pleasure of visiting Banff and staying at this amazing hotel, The front desk staff were incredibly kind. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the nature. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff!
GGuest UserThe room is big and comfortable with big kitchen. Convenient location with bus stop in front of the hotel. Free 3 bus pass that I can hop-on and off to go around the town.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is on the edge of Banff town, a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian street. The hotel breakfast is a Western buffet with milk, cereal, bread and bacon. For some reason, the prices of hotels in Banff have increased so much. The hotel is a bit expensive. You can stay in Canmore, 16 kilometers away. The underground parking garage is a bit old and dimly lit.
GGuest UserThis was an apartment type room, complete with bedrooms in the bottom level and kitchenette and living room in the top level. Location was most convenient just 5 min drive from town center. You could walk or take the free shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful.
RRaymondEverything is good besides the location. If you come with your car, then location isn’t a matter to you. But it still takes like 10 minutes walking to the Main Street and Hight school station. Surprisingly, the wooden floor comes with heat.
TTakanoriIt was so good. There is a lot of friendly people.
The hotel had a sense of cleanliness. There is also shampoo. You should bring a towel. There are a lot of outlets. You should take it with you because there is no key in the locker. I was able to eat breakfast for free. There are two supermarkets nearby. There are not many parking lots. If you don't go early, you can't stop.
The average price for hotels in Banff is AED 1,720 on weekdays, and AED 1,803 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
