Last minute change of location from two three hotel due to it becoming a hospital. Transport provided very good. Location quite far out the city but transport provided to sukhumvit where we were meant to stay the next day (on asking). Very smooth east process for test and go, result the next day at 12pm (test at 9pm the previous day. Room basic but clean and comfortable - unfortunately no bedside lamps but we slept very well, good air con. Quarantine food not very nice but plentiful. No option to order any other food when we arrived at 9pm. Otherwise a very easy test and go experience. Probably wouldn’t chose to stay here due to location.

This time our whole company came to Thailand to visit this hotel. The room was very nice. At night we had a beautiful night view outside the restaurant. We 80 people were drinking spleen and eating seafood. Everyone had a good time. I had a chance next time. We also want to come to this restaurant: and the waiters are really warm and we are really satisfied. Welcome everyone

The service is very good, the front desk will speak simple Chinese, very good. The room was also very clean, but the door was too soundproof. The voice of the guests who came back late was clear and could not sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Everything is fine, except that the road outside the room is a bit noisy. The receptionists are warm and welcoming. The hotel is not far from the airport. The breakfast is just so so. It has a big parking lot. It is close to Assumption University.

A service apartment style hotel near Assamption University in Burn Saoton County, Samut Prakan (near Bangkok). I think that there are many students from the land pattern, and surprisingly, it seems that there are many use as a general hotel and a monthly apartment. The functionality of the guest room itself is excellent over the advanced class hotel. Beautiful hotel, good atmosphere along the canal, very good price, good service staff, has a banquet room, tight breeze, very beautiful sunrise and sunset. There is a chance to go back and stay again. The hotel has a small swimming pool where you can enjoy swimming all day and is close to many tourist attractions in Samut Prakan province.

This is a small, four-storey serviced apartment-style hotel in Bang Phliang district, Bang Bo district, Samut Prakan province. It is a unique location for a hotel, located at the end of a very inconvenient soi, a few kilometers from the main road, Thep Plak Road. The rooms were simply lined with cheap plywood furniture, and did not come equipped with a TV, refrigerator or safe as standard, revealing the squalid condition that is ”absolutely unacceptable” for a hotel that opened in the 21st century. The only saving grace is that it has only recently opened, so the cleanliness is guaranteed to a certain extent, and this is before we even get to the matter of the hotel's status and atmosphere. I was very disappointed that the hotel did not seem to place emphasis on creating value or improving customer convenience.
