The whole villa requires a deposit of 10,000 baht, and CNY is also acceptable at present. It is best to confirm before going, and the front desk can speak Chinese. Advantages: The villa area is very quiet, 24-hour security is on duty, the room is clean and tidy, the towels are clean, there is a shuttle bus to 711, the security guard Eve is enthusiastic, and the communication is smooth and pleasant. Disadvantages, 1. There are no drinks in the refrigerator 2. There is no detergent and you can't wash it yourself. 30 minutes drive to the city center.

Hotel was nestled about 5 mins walk away from Central Pattaya and Pattaya Beach. The hotel looks modern, and the cleanliness was top notch! The rooms looks clean and I like that there was a bathtub, and also the fact that the toilet was separate from the shower. The room comes with a small balcony to stand on. There was a restaurant which offers room service and breakfast every morning. The breakfast was good, and some of the dishes change everyday. The staff helped to offload my luggage and carry it all the way to my room. All in all, very satisfied with this hotel and I would recommend anyone coming to Pattaya to stay at this hotel. I will choose this hotel when I come to Pattaya next time too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel. Although the hotel might look old but the facilities and service provided is beyond par. We were able to order vegetarian food for breakfast. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had a nice view of jomtien beach.

1st room with no window like jail than change room. Cockroaches in room #508. Break fast mostly items rice. Very far from attractions, food restaurants. Pool okay but 6 pm closing time. They are charging 500B for breakfast but the items not worth .

The premium villa pool view rooms and staff service are very good. It was very difficult to check in because they only asked for a deposit of 4000 baht in cash for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The swimming pool facility was very nice because it could be used in common with the Zain Hotel, but the operating hours were short at 7pm. The internet in the room was not connected, and internet was available in the public area, but the speed was very slow.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel. It was a good experience. We were welcomed at the check-in desk by friendly and helpful staff. The welcome drinks were also delicious. We spent some time at the pool as well. Not crowded and a nice view at night. We also liked the simple breakfast. Would consider coming back next time when we visit Pattaya.
