Not cleaned rooms and unfriendly staff No hot water AC not working in our room Location not good I hate this hotel Hotel manager taking lunch in reception in front of guest. Very rude manager I booked 1 room for 3 adults for 2 nights from Agoda and went hotel sandalwood inn checking date around 12:15 and they gave unclean room. And they trying to give only mattress not bed but we paid for bed not mattress.

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service in gandhi nagar. Located just 3 kms from cubbon park, 5 kms from residency road and 6 kms from mg road, this hotel is close to all the major hubs in central bangalore. The rooms are clean and adequately large, with attached toilet & bath and daily housekeeping. The hotel does not have a restaurant on-site and does not offer any meals, but allows all food delivery apps and provides plates, spoons/ forks and napkins when requested. Additionally, there are a number of eateries close to the hotel. During my stay, the internet was not working. But i was still very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget accommodation in central bangalore.

The hotel has shut down, all though all the branding is still there and it's taken over by a new management who refuses to entertain any bookings under the diva name l, i reached at 2 in the night and they forced me to pay for a new booking and refused to answer the calls of mmt team, they gave me a ac room in which ac was not working and then tried to keep the money for ac room, also there is construction work happening 24/ 7 behind the room so there is no peace.
