Raushan was a great server who offered some tasty special menu items and drinks for us to try. Very attentive to our needs for the meal at the verandah restaurant at the grand mercies hotel. The dinner buffet was solid but Raushan made it extra special

The rooms are super neat and clean! Pooja, the house keeping staff did a wonderful job cleaning my room, thank you Pooja! The view is good, especially the sunset is really beautiful here! I love watching the sunset. Nice little balcony! The suite room also comes with a kitchenette if you wanna cook your own food.

We had a great experience at the restaurant. Mr. Shubham, the restaurant manager, was very helpful in accommodating our family of six. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary sweets. The serving team, especially Sujal, Momitha, Swaroop, Achinthya, and Nanma, were very kind and patient with our children.

Review: Overall, a great experience! The waiters and waitresses were extremely helpful and cheerful, which made my stay very pleasant—especially given that it was a long one. Staff at the restaurant is really nice and friendly Mr. Sujal specifically able to remember my food preferences and get the dishes from the kitchen. The paratha made by the Chef was really nice. Overall I am checked out with good memories of the food
