They woke me up at 9am for no reason when all I wanted to do was sleep. They didn't let my girlfriend who arrived 2 days after I did to stay in my double room for two people. Outrageous. They accused me of organizing ***** with a Tuk tuk driver when I just wanted a lift later that day to a restaurant. They suggested my girlfriend, that I hadn't seen in 5 months was a **********. Boring social areas.
However, the service staff, not management were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating in every way. If only their management personnel were as good as they were. Unfortunately they made me feel like a criminal.

It was an awesome stay at this beautiful property. I went there with my pug and the hotel is super pet friendly. And the staff is very welcoming everyone made us feel at home. Also the breakfast is delicious hence i would suggest to go for complimentary breakfast in your bookings.the property is beautiful and is value for money

One of the best places that a tourist can find to stay in Bangalore. The staff is very friendly and all the facilities were upto standard. The room was very clean. The foods were very tasty and served in very fresh manner. Also, you cam reach around 1 hour time from this place to Airport

It was the cleanest hotel from the outside view to the inside of the rooms just excellent. The staff were so professional and courteous, always readily available to help even before i met them in person from answering the phone, organizing me a taxi pick up from the airport to helping me with every smallest things i asked they never got impatient or annoyed. If yo plan on writing the Enclex exams this hotel is a walking distance to the center

Kind and helpful staff, decent food but there are roaches and other insects in the bathrooms. We stayed in 3 different rooms and found cockroaches in all 3 rooms. The other reviews that claim this place is clean have a much lower bar it seems, this hotel does not meet the hygiene standards of a three star hotel outside of India leave alone 4 star. The bathroom sinks have dark green algae/mold around the base of the faucet. There was mold growing on the silicone seals in the shower area. Will not return.

The hotel staff are very professional, and called to confirm our checkin time before we reached. They accommodated our early checkin request and were very helpful all through. The Springs hotel is located right in the center of the city, on Siddaiah Road. Its just 2 minutes from Lal Bagh Gardens, and MTR. V.V.Puram food street and various temples are closeby too. Public transport, Call taxis and auto are also easily available at this location. The room was spacious and extra bedding was promptly set up. Our request for extra towels, toiletries etc. was immediately attended to. The only draw back is the road outside this hotel which could be better maintained.

Stayed at the Studio Room twice, once in Nov 2023 and once in July 2024 for a night each. Clean and peaceful room with nice ambience. Only had tea and complementary breakfast both times and it was good both times. Staff were courteous. Has good bar options and spa but did not have time to explore. Very close to Pride Hulkul test centre of Pearson and I highly recommend the studio room option for an overnight stay in case you have an early morning exam slot. Suggest to include flexible check in and check out timings.

Ppl are honest and service is good. Prices of restaurant are reasonable and food tastes good. Neatness is good. I would mention watch *** was also good. Parking was good n safe.Beds were good. Swimming pool was good but was too cold . If they reduce height at some place to 3.5 feet it would be nice for children and more life guards can be given.
