It's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor.
If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful!
Food was amazing with so many great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste.
I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍

The spread is always more than one can do justice to. The live music and ITCs service enhances the experience. Took my mother for the Sunday brunch. I have to mention the desserts on display for Halloween. We had to cut short on mains to accommodate the overwhelming options. Art to the eyes and equally good on the palette. The pasty chef Raj Kamal and his team deserve a shoutout! The staff that took care of our table (2 people for our table for 2) Mahendra and Sneha remind us why indian hospitality is top of the line. The indian section ( Machar Jhol, Pepper Erachi, Kashmiri Pulao) was outstanding! Couldn’t try the Asian section because we were upto the brim! Coming back soon.

The hotel doesn’t disappoint! Stayed here for the weekend to unwind and boy was I relaxed by the end! Though the staff is generally amazing but few folks need a mention: Chef Suresh with his personal care during breakfast was a class apart, Chaitra from the front desk is amazing with her attention to detail and Param from Housekeeping was polite and diligent as ever! I’ve stayed at several ITC properties and this doesn’t disappoint either!

It’s a magnificent hotel with best cuisines and staff also very supportive. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff service is really nice, room service is really good. Even the check in and check out process is smooth. Appreciation for the overall staff. Vipin from house keeping is good.
