This is the most disgusting criminal hotel experience I have had. 1. First of all, they falsely advertised the occupancy rules and charged us 30% more for extra occupancy contrary to what was advertised. In any decent normal hotel internationally you pay for the room and it was aasumed my friends would stay in the extra beds. 2. After paying they didn't even give extra towels, so lazy and thoughtless. 3. Then they had an extra rule which meant my friends and I were charged on credit card and also at the property and had to wait weeks for the money. 4. The so called city view was just a view of a construction wall. 5. The air conditioning didnt work so the tiny room became a stuffy claustrophobic microwave. Disgusting deceptive scam organisation. would not recommend to anyone. My stay at the property was extremely pleasant and comfortable from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, offering all the essential amenities for a relaxing and worry-free experience. What made the stay truly special was the excellent hospitality provided by the staff, particularly Rithu. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out throughout my time there
