We have come to the resort on 15th September for Staycation. We are genuinely happy from the word go. The front office lady Nasreen was very well mannered and check in was fast. The room is fantastic. We checked into room number 1223 which is a suit. The room is expansive and well appointed. The bathroom is large and well maintained. They have 70 rooms comprising of Premier rooms, Club rooms and suites…I was checking the rooms and found them too good. The restaurant B64 serves Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine and is cosy. The F&B manager Sushant and his team members Amar, Samir, Ankush,Tirthankar,Ambika are well mannered, prompt and customer centric. The chefs, especially the Chinese and Conti chefs are outstanding. Their Sunday brunch menu is sprawling and sumptuous. The resort has huge lawn and huge conference halls and an ideal destination for weddings, corporate meetings, conferences etc. The bar Onyx is well stocked. The swimming pool is large and well maintained and the gym is very well functional. The overall maintenance of the hotel is outstanding. Cheers team Ramada for your hospitality and care. We would come back again.
