This is the most terrible hotel I ever had in my life! I stayed in room#355 on Jan 1st 2025.
1. The toilet was not able to flash, even after called the house keeper to fix it, the toilet was just leaking and you can hear the water kept running while long. When the guy came in he was just playing with his cellphone.
2. The air conditioner control panel was a joke, I tried to turn the temperature up but it was just kept going down.
3. The worst part, the elevator was broken in the morning, no sign nor any notice to customers. We have to take the stairs to walk down to the ground in order to reentry to the hotel.

It's a great hotel for a business trip. I want to stay at this hotel next time I go on a business trip.
It's close to the exhibition hall and there's a mall next door, so it's great for a meal.

There is nothing at Vivanta that will make you smile and keep you happy. All room category has issues so don't fall in the trap changing room. Loft suite - Lights come on suddenly at 4 am , Deluxe suite - Curtains make scary noise as if the room is possessed. Curtains have space and early morning you'll find a ray of light waking you up. So place a cushion to keep them tight. Construction work won't let you sleep. Pillows and mattress need to change - you'll feel bumps in the mattress and pillows. Towels as old as the hotel itself. Breakfast - can take you to hospital . Sambhar has sugar inside. Gulab jamumns are served everyday at breakfast, just imagine they feed their guests 4-5 days old leftover. My only intent to write this review is to be a good citizen

Average hotel, since it's a bit old It's clean though. The bathroom is split into WC and bathing area, WC is a bit cramped Beds are comfy We had a suite so a small kitchenette and a couch was next door Buffet was v poor quality, try a la carte HUGE CALLOUT TO THE STAFF! THEY ARE THE BEST! Wish they had a full length mirror in the room Also the bathrooms are translucent so if travelling with work colleagues you might be awkward, doesn't have bathroom blinds

Among all the properties of Taj i feel vivanta by taj whitefield is the most luxurious hotel. We stayed in their premium suite with pool view the ambience of the room was awesome. Especially the staff was very courteous and friendly ms. Manisha she was with us from check in till check out . And managed our stay with all comforts

At this hotel, you will be warmly greeted by every person you encounter from doorman to hard working chef. We arrived late in the afternoon and hungry! The restaurant menu has a huge variety of items that will suit anyone's palate. The chicken tikka pizza was to die for! As was everything else we tried! The rooms are beautiful and we had a welcome snack with waters delivered to our room shortly upon arrival. We came here for a family reunion lunch. We basically took over almost 1/2 the restaurant but the staff was so kind and eager to assist, despite the chaos we brought! I wish I could remember every person who helped us but Chef Virendra sticks out in my mind as well as Dhanraj. My daughter has Celiac and must eat gluten free. Chef Virendra walked my daughter down the buffet line for each meal, pointing out safe things she can eat. He also created gluten free French Toast for her! So careful to use a fresh, clean pan when cooking it! What a special treat for her! And Dhanraj was also eager to help our group whenever we needed. We really felt like we were treated like royalty here! Highly recommend!

The hotel is extremely conveniently located, right by the IT park and a nearby mall. Metro right across the road. Rooms are adequate, staff are very accommodating and will do their very best to look after you. Shiva and Ronald went above and to make sure all my hotel transfers were sorted both with the hotel and my onwards journey, which really helped take a lot of stress off my business trip. Would recommend and visit again!

It was a great experience at Taj Vivanta Whitefield. The entire event was amazing and support from the staff was exceptional. I would like to call out Henry who was fabulous throughout the event activities and made sure everything goes in sequence. He was a great support and help. Kudos to his professional skills.
