Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites Bengaluru

The front office staff were rude, unwelcoming and singularly unhelpful. They were so inflexible about their processes. I couldn’t convince them to bill me for all my incidentals and my room charges at the end of the stay. The spa is separate from the hotel but uniformly rude, uninterested in any form of service. I was refused service even after a made an appointment and came down in time for my service because we had to pay in advance. I had to go back to my room and rebook and pay first. I did communicate with the manager as well about the poor service levels but they chose to do nothing about it and ignored the feedback, suggestions and complaints. Definitely do not recommend. I would never stay there again.

The best stay i’ve ever experienced and the food was really good! The executive suite is something everyone can go for! Thanks to receptionist ms shanti for the smooth check out also the environment were pretty good and nice lobby area i will be back soon with my family and friends

I was booked into a suite at this four-star business hotel. The suite was a single large room sectioned off by the arrangement of the furniture into different areas. Right next to the main door was a kitchenette (sink, counters, fairly large fridge by hotel standards) and tea and coffee fixings. Beyond the kitchen island was ample seating space, with a desk and writing chair ***** one side, a TV cabinet with the back functioning as a dressing table—mirror, drawers and all - with luggage rack, wardrobe (hanging space, shelves, safe included). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and with all the amenities you'd expect: soap, shampoo, dryer, etc. If there was a problem, it was with the shower stall. The water pressure wasn't good, and worse still, the floor had a slight slope away from the drain, so after a bath, the dirty water stood in the stall until the room was cleaned. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, spa, gym and swimming pool. Free wifi is available, and there are conference rooms. Overall, a convenient, clean, quiet hotel that’s well-located.
