Great service and vibes I had a wonderful experience at murphy. , the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms are amazing, homelike. Spacious. The ambience is Refreshing. Just walking distance from the main street still with pin drop silence. Food is catered bearing in mind all kinds of clients. So for sure you will not be disappointed. Great restaurant and bar within the hotel. The staff is amazing. Most of the times you will see all familiar smiling faces around, asking how you are doing.. Zarmeen has just always been there, then I tried to remember quite a few names during my week stay Ibrahim, Mr.Sridhar, Abhijit. Housekeeping was excellent. In Side walk- Supriya , Mamta, Sunita, Srijan, amazing ladies, losung. Sorry for the wrong spelling.. and all others are appreciated..just that I don't remember the name. Congratulations Mr.Paul for the amazing team you have made. And congratulations on one of the best homelike Hotel you created for all your visitors. Hope to visit again soon.

The hospitality and food was fantastic. All the staffs were having positive attitude. The restaurant was awesome with multiple options. Front desk staffs were always pleasent and helping mentality. Maintained high level hygiene environment. Provided additional complements in the room. Thanks you.

The stay was perfect and comfortable. The room, service and food were amazing. All the team members from housekeeping, reception and security were super polite. They upgraded us to a better room without any complaints or concerns. Looking forward to come here soon.

We stayed there for a week and really appreciative for the entire staff. They were really helpful and humble. The breakfast was a large spread and everything tasted well. Highly recommendable for anybody who is looking for a long stay as well as short stay as well!

We had a truly delightful stay this time — a complete turnaround from our previous visit (Aug 2023), which had been a bit disappointing (something I had mentioned in my earlier feedback to the hotel). I’m happy to say the team took it to heart and absolutely delivered this time around! The room was extremely comfortable and spotless — immaculate in every way. I had requested a birthday cake for my daughter, and the hotel prepared a beautiful and delicious one that made the occasion really special - Thank you. Dinner at the Vembanad restaurant, during the Toddy Shop themed evening, was another highlight. The mango prawn curry was simply outstanding — rich, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, and Daniel, who was attending at breakfast, deserves a special mention for his warm and attentive service — he really made our morning brighter. Overall, a fantastic experience. The staff’s attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference. We're so glad we gave it another shot — and we'll definitely be back!

This hotel was fantastic. Unfortunately we only had one night here, wish it was more. The breakfast staff were so efficient including Mamania ( sorry I can’t remember her name)? The rooms are so modern and spacious with a separate bar/ kitchen area, lounge and bedroom, plus balcony overlooking the central court. Food choice was excellent including good pizzas. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.
