Went for a company offsite and spend a whole day. Its a great and scenic resort near the Nandi Hills. Good- - Property is great and well maintained, except few areas (will find the details later in this review) - They have a small golf area. It’s a huge property, almost 25 acres. - It has 2 swimming pools. Smaller one is temperature controlled. We enjoyed in the big one. - Food is exceptional. The quality, taste and variety was great. Food was fresh and really tasty. - Most of the cases, service was great. Improvement Area: - Though swimming pool was nice, big and well maintained. the changing rooms condition was pathetic. I have never seen such a bad changing room in any of the 5 star hotels. All the locks of the luggage cabin were broken. The whole changing area dirty, even the mats were very dirty and wahrooms were dirty. No towels inside the changing room area. I complained to their duty Manager, Mr. Satish. initially he refused, after showing the photos, he said he will look into it. I felt, they dont even care about my complaint. I understood, the situation is not new to them. They dont have any intention to make it better. So, if you want to enjoy the swimming, be prepared for this pathetic changing rooms. - Though, staff were very polite, service lacks sometimes. During lunch and breakfast, we had to call them may time to clean the plates. Sometimes we had to look for staff. There should be more staff.

We have visited them 4 times in last two years for a night stay every time and the experience has been great. The staff is extremely courteous, warm and welcoming. They make you feel like the most important person in the room. Also, love the way the staff adds a personal touch by providing a cake for celebration, decorating the room, accommodating to all the requests and so on. We last visited with our 6m old baby and had the best time. The property is scenic with excellent amenities, no second thoughts about that. The breakfast buffet is widespread and delish (especially anything with chocolate)! We have been to all the restaurants in the property and they are top notch! Would highly recommend staying in the property.

I stayed in Golfshire for 3 times. I’m satisfied with every journey. I’m impressed by Ebenezer’s enthusiastic service and high efficiency during my check-in and check-out. I like the room, food, spa, gym and also barber here. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Try to come back again in June.

It was a much-needed staycation for me and my partner, and the resort just exceeded our expectations! Every single staff member at the property had a warm smile on their face and a welcoming demeanor that made me feel right at home. Asen, Wati and Ritika from Guest Relations greeted us with the loveliest smiles. Hari and Sonu from the Concierge were simply great. Abhinaya, the person who checked us in, was highly interactive and smart. Sajjad at the Front Desk provided excellent hospitality, and cannot thank him enough for giving us a room with a fantastic view and Nexa for having the room decorated beautifully. East, a Japanese restaurant, is a must-stop. The food was amazing, and one of the staff, Vizo, went an extra mile to make our time special at the restaurant. Last but not least, I'd want to thank Ms. Debolina and her great team for providing impeccable care and making our stay magical.

We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Golfshire! The room decorations were lovely, and special thanks to Araman for arranging them. We're also grateful to Animesh and Amit for making our stay special. Saheli, our point of contact, was very professional and ensured a smooth experience. The activities, such as painting and the game zone, were great additions. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we appreciate the team's efforts in making it memorable.
