The hotel is average, the service is OK. The tax is a bit high

The stay was comfortable. The food ordered to the room was good. The one complaint i have is about the quality of the towels. Couple of hand towels in the bathroom were worn out. This needs to be rectified. And also the air was stale in the room when i entered since the windows were closed. All these need to be taken care of.

I personally felt hotel would have been advanced like television doesnt have any wifi connection or any other ott platforms. I called to hotel front people regarding that there is no response. Hotel front line are not treating in good manner and not at polite when talking to us

Booked room with breakfast. Npg is 15 min from the airport. Compact room, reasonable indoor facilities. There was a stalking problem with mocks, insults and rude talk at breakfast as though intent to discomfort, hasten and eject from breakfast, and or exacerbate to a confrontation that permitted lean on back implement.

The rooms were big. But the toilet was not clean i stayed in room no. 204, there was a cigarette smell in the toilet and exhaust fan was not working. The bed sheet was also not very clean. The hitachi brand air conditioner was leaking. The water was leaking from it.

Hotel is centrally located. But hotel house keeping is very poor. There is no intercom in the room. For each and every small requirement we have to go to the reception and ask for. Even after repeated reminders service team are not responding. Hotel manager is good but not his team.

I was on a short trip to Bangalore and needed a hotel that was convenient to the various offices I was visiting. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. Christmas Brunch was superb. Amazing breakfast spread and the pool/gym were as usual well maintained. We enjoyed the meal.

Prime location in hsr. Everything is available nearby. Lovely restaurant at the top floor called parika. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bedding and mattress were a bit too springy for my taste. Overall good stay.
