It was an average experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the staff was polite and attentive. However, there were some areas that could use improvement. The room itself was comfortable but nothing extraordinary. While it was clean, i noticed a few minor maintenance issues that could have been addressed. The amenities were standard, and i was expecting a little more for the price i paid. In conclusion, while my stay at caramel hotels was perfectly fine, it didn’t stand out as exceptional. For the price, i would have hoped for a little more attention to detail, but if you're looking for a simple, no-frills stay, it gets the job done. How do i collect the 6% discount?

The hotel was damaged ceiling, torn wall papers looking like ******* house but after we asked for change room they gave another room tat one is pretty ok than previous one, the receptionist is very kind

The rooms are not maintained and dirty. The bathroom taps are leaking and the bathroom is in very bad state.

After booking the rooms only i went through google reviews and saw some very bad ones, like multiple people complaining about hidden cams, poor room qualities and stuffs. So i decided not to stay.

caramel hotel one the good hotel i have stayed till now. well maintained room, washroom & receptionist and the service boy were very friendly. as it located at main road easy access to food delivery. worth to stay 👍.
