I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The on-site amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit! While not your typical large chain hotel, it was new and very cosy, with just enough amenities to make it a convenient and pleasant stay. While about an 8 to 10 min walk away from Thonglor BTS station, depending on your pace, there is a free shuttle provided every half-hourly that ends at 8pm daily for added convenience. Additionally, should you require things like a shaving kit you can ask reception or house-keeping and they will promptly deliver it to your room. While the deluxe room did not come with a tub, the toilet was spacious, and I really liked the body wash and shampoo provided. The water pressure was also strong though it did not quite translate to the rain shower. There is a slight smell of sewerage upon entering the room, but once the key is inserted into the room slot and the aircon is switched on, it quickly dissipates. I did not personally smell the smell of stale smoke along the corridors and the room which I had read in reviews. I really liked the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood, and I slept really well during my 3 night stay in room 213. Though there was a really noisy family next door on the last night - the walls are quite thin and definitely not soundproof - it got all quiet by midnight. The pool area isn't huge but nice enough to lounge and chill. The deck area receives plenty of sun in the mornings, so it is perfect to tan. Do note, however, that the pool water is very cold. As a whole, will I be back again, yes. Definitely. The coziness of the room and the location within the safe neighbourhood of Khlong Toei as well as the convenience of the location made it such a wonderful experience. I certainly hope the hotel continues to be kept in good condition till my next visit.

Was upgraded to a one bedroom, which made it super comfortable for our 9 nights stay. The room was very big and the bathroom was super roomy. I have to hands down say it was the most heavenly bed I've slept in for a hotel! ****** my soul every time it was very comfy and the sheets and blankets so soft and the right weight. There was a small kitchen and microwave with a full fridge and a freezer and washing/drying machine, which I used every day. It was like a mini studio apartment, but 5 stars. The room was cleaned and the TV was huge! We have 2 in our rooms! There are lots of windows so lights can come in a lot. Even the bathroom had a full sized window to outside. The shower and toilet are separate and even separated from the sink. Just wished the closet was a little bigger, never the less still functioning well, and most boxes ticked. I didn't get time to use their pool or onsen, but I'm sure it would have been great, too. They had shuttle bus to and from bts/mall every hour so you don't have to walk if it's hot. Service wise, to me, was lukewarm. Some days were good, some days were so-so. But like I didn't interact that much. Overall, I would return if I was to be around this area again because it's so close to the malls without it being right at the front, so it's in a good walkable street. Plus, there are restaurants and cafes around it and 7-11 walkable on both sides of the roads along with pharmacy if needed. Good new hotel with good-sized rooms and carports.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Bangkok! The room was spacious, really clean, and the late-night room service was a huge plus—the food was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay at Maduzi Hotel! I booked this hotel to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Prior to booking the hotel, I was liaising with them through email and they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. They kindly upgraded our room for free, and the decoration package, which included beautiful balloons, flowers, and a cake, was absolutely worth it. My girlfriend felt so special, and we were both blown away by the thoughtful details. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The flexible check-in time made everything even more convenient, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Although the location is around a 7 minute walk from Asok station, we still found it accessible. Maduzi Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a personalized, warm, and memorable stay in Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I will never go back. The first time I went there was 17 years ago and it was so good that I booked the Lounge Room for the first few days and the regular room for the second time after the hotel renovation was finished. 1. I was grateful that the lounge staff upgraded me. However, I was a little disappointed when I later found out that the floor written on the elevator was not the lounge floor but the regular floor. Why didn't they tell me in advance? 2. Lounge conditions: happy hour There were so many people that it felt worse than a local airport lounge. It was definitely not a 5-star lounge. This includes the interior decoration. 3. Fitness Club that they boast about: The service problem arises because they have to cater to both local and hotel customers. Customer service attitude. Ex) When you go to the sauna, they provide towels, but if you don't return all the towels, they won't return the card key you left. 4. Hotel breakfast: I think there is a problem with the interior food zoing layout, so it is difficult for both the employees and the customers. It's understandable since it's just opened, but I still don't think I'll go next time. 5. I think there's the interio planing problem with the 4 food courts on the lower floor.(in and Out) 6. Still, I think the food and the employees who have worked here for a long time save face.
