Great Japanese style hotel. Comfy bedding, nice and quiet. Very Japanese in style, but more functional and less glitzy than the Nikko hotel opposite this. Would stay again.

If there is one thing you want to find fault, it would be the bins in the room - I didn’t like the flap kind as it’s rather unhygienic to touch it (accidentally). Do book this hotel if you want to achieve or need the following a. Shop at emsphere b. Workout at a modern and spacious gym that is under utilised and opens at 6am c. Late checkout and complimentary laundry service for club room category d. Friendly and helpful staff e. Awesome massage with good service at Let’s relax I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks!

One of the best places to stay in Bangkok. Close to everything anyone would need. BTS train is a few meters away along with street vendors, markets, and two malls. The hotel is exceptional. The views are amazing and they even upgraded us for free for a better view! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Rooftop pool upstairs was stunning, the room was so spacious!! I arrived very early so my room wasn’t ready, but I needed to shower after a long trip. They told me I could shower at the pool upstairs, but it’s not really a shower as in, there’s no soap, no towel (I had to ask and they had to call reception to make sure I was a customer), no real space taking a shower with your luggage and everything. It was more of a pool shower. So best is paying the night before! Other negative point was the location: way too far from BTS and food spots. It is situation close to a highway and on a streets where there’s only car parts and other auto parts shops. Not really a street food area, I had to grab bike or taxi every time I was going out as BTS station was 40mn away by walk, too long with Bangkok’s heat.

We had a pleasant stay for our 2 years anniversary trip at Hotel Nikko, I wrote the special note during booking that we are booking for our anniversary trip, and the hotel provided their best effort on making the decoration and complimentary. Thank you so much and I Love it!! There’s also Japanese style breakfast provided.
