Small hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. I live there because my friend's house is nearby, so it's very convenient to get in and out with a car. The price is cheap and there is no breakfast.

Enter early and pay an additional 200. But it was necessary to enter first because you had to take a shower. Have stayed at many places. Even if you enter early, you won't pay extra. Because the hotel already has a vacant room or the customer has already checked out. There will be a rush to clean so that customers can stay quickly. That is, the service that you pay more for later is not very good. with the service. Also, there is no dressing table or mirror outside the bathroom. Because when going to the bathroom Another person wants to dress up and draw eyebrows and eyes and have to compete with each other. It's not convenient in a hurry. As for the inside of the bathroom, it's good to a certain extent, but it still smells like it's full of oranges. Another thing I don't like is that the bed has a spring. When I move a little, there is a sound. It was annoying and there was no refrigerator in the room. There is a refrigerator shared with others outside. Not very convenient because at a price of over 700 baht it should be a little better. But the thing that must be seen is Unlimited drinking water How many bottles can you drink? At this price, it is still considered Still not good, not very convenient to hurry. Out of 5, I'd like to deduct 2 points. I'm really sorry. I don't want to deduct at all, but I have a little. It's a bit scary outside.

My recent stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was a truly exceptional experience. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by the elegant and sophisticated ambiance that pervades the property. My executive suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with high-end furnishings and amenities that made me feel right at home. The highlight, however, was the executive lounge - a serene and refined oasis where I indulged in delectable gourmet bites and refreshing beverages. But what really set this hotel apart was the impeccable service provided by the staff, who anticipated my every need with warmth and professionalism. I would enthusiastically recommend the Sindhorn Kempinski to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable hotel experience in Bangkok.

My stay at Narra Hotel was good while I attended a concert at Impact Exhibition. It’s conveniently 10 mins away by bike. Though there’s really not much around the hotel itself. The hotel staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. I learned about the construction at the 8th floor and upon checking in they assigned me to 7th floor which worried me about the noise. I requested for a lower room and luckily there was an availability on the 5th floor. There was no noise or disturbance for me. Overall, it’s a convenient and reasonable priced hotel for a short stay around that area.

*** Poor and unprofessional service from the hotel duty manager (female, name starts with Naxxxx)*** This was my first stay at this hotel, booked for six days and five nights based on positive reviews. However, I am disappointed with the unprofessional service and attitude of the female duty manager (name starts with Naxxxxx). On 14 Feb at 9:15am, I reported a noticeable 2-3 cm mattress depression in our room (refer to the pictures attached), which caused my lower back pain after 2 nights sleep. I showed the mattress picture to the duty manager and she used her phone to take a photo and assured me someone would check it. Later, at 9:45am, I reminded her before leaving the room, and she promised an immediate mattress replacement. Upon returning at 12:00pm, the duty manager informed that the mattress had been changed, but the depression remained identical. At 12:45pm, she asked us to stay in the room while housekeeping would come to verify the replacement. We waited 30 minutes (until 1:15 pm), but no one arrived, and our calls to the front desk went unanswered. When we went down, we saw three staff, including the duty manager, chatting while ignoring calls. The duty manager then insisted all mattresses have depressions—something she failed to mention earlier. If true, this raises concerns about the hotel’s standards. All the above statements are true and if the hotel wants to verify, I believe they can check on the CCTV at the counter. Additionally, I noticed a facial towel from 2016—almost 10 years old, yellowed, and stained. It is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to provide such aged linens. Despite this experience, all other staff were professional and helpful. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve service quality.
