Great comfortable horel.. we got the Suite with 2 king size beds for our family if 3.. Very comfortable clean with full size fridge and microwave.. The huge walk In shower was amazing.. Daily breakfast was included.. was very fresh and tasty... The staff was very attentive and helpful especially when getting us transport to our excursions.. we can't wait to go back..

Not so bad, you paid what you get. The room is ok, things are there with what you need. No dryer lol. Overall experience is really Okok.

View is incredible room , the staff are polite But i had feeling down about my first night That no water for some reason and I can’t relax as I want in jacuzzis….it quite long time to wait and the employees try to fix back and forward unitil2am+ So they gave me another room that has no good view ..so at least I can sleep and shower and no jacuzzis… quite disappointed that I upgraded the room. They try to say sorry for this happened with breakfast but I don’t want it cause I wake up late on my vacation. The 2 nd day is ok the water back and I can use it. Quite disappointed the way they fixed the problem that take to long and I actually miss my beautiful moment in the first day. But the room 👍🏻 nice you can see the bridge without any blocking I still love the view and yes rooftop is 😎 great for chill and hang out Thunyatorn Ng From NY USA 🇺🇸

Good location as it was 2mins from Khaosan Road and 6mins from bus stops. Due to being near to Khaosan Road it does get a bit noisy at night (especially Friday/Saturday night) but it doesn’t affect the ability to sleep - our room faced the road. We did have to close the bathroom door as we could smell a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, it must’ve been somewhere in the pipes because we couldn’t see anything.

The hotel is located at the heart of the Khao San night market, which means you have no chance to sleep until 3am when noises start to reduce (need to wait until 4am for complete silence). I used an app to measure the peak sound level inside my room at 2am. The result was 91db! You can even feel the vibration caused by the super loudspeakers of the bars around. Fairly speaking this problem is not unique to this hotel. If you are not a party animal and want to sleep near Khao San, choose a hotel at least 2 blocks away from Khao San Road.

I booked a night stay here because it seemed more convenient for traveling to DMK airport the next day, while having a full day to explore this part of Bangkok. After much research, I settled for this hotel. It offered a clean, bright, and spacious room with à la carte breakfast for two, all for just $55/night. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven only 350 meters away. The pool and lounge area were so cute and photo-worthy, but we skipped it this time as we forgot our swimwear. Check-in was easy, though you can only get your room after 2 PM, and they do require a 1000 baht cash deposit. We left our bags at the lobby, which were brought up to our rooms as we explored late into the evening. The room was generally beautifully decorated, but upon closer inspection, it wasn't the cleanest. There were stains on the sheets and walls. Fortunately, there were no drainage smells or mold, which would have been a nightmare. There were ants on the bathroom sink area, which was an easy fix. The water temperature was unstable; we had to bathe in cold to room-temperature water at night and in the morning. For the price paid and for only one night, these issues weren't too problematic. The hotel was safe, the room floor was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and there was plenty of space to put our items. The room also came with YouTube and Netflix, perfect to pair with your supper. The bed was so soft, we couldn't get up the next morning! The breakfast was simple, with two choices: Western or Asian. We opted for the American breakfast, which had a generous portion of eggs, potatoes, salad, bacon, bread, and sausage. The orange juice paired with it was a perfect cleanser. If you prefer a more local breakfast, they offer pork congee. I would stay here again if I decide to visit this part of Bangkok. Tip: Book 2-3 months in advance for a cheaper price.

had a wonderful stay at Thana Wisut Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, making my experience very comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed a delicious lunch—tried their Phad Thai, which was flavorful with veggies, though a bit on the spicy side. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Bangkok!

The room was clean and the staff was kind. However, there was no plug on one side of the bed and one light was broken so the room was quite dark. The towels were small and the shower was also just okay. For the price, it's okay. The view was quite good as well!

Besides facilities and location, great staff is the most attractable element that I keep returning to this hotel. Pleasant Pony, reception team staff, provides me about fireworks info at river promenade. Guests love bar attendant Mr Na, he is cheerful and speak with humour in fluent English. Restaurant staff are the busiest among a few Quarter hotels I visited, yet they are the most gentle and let you truly experience what is excellent services. You may redeem a fruit platter with Go green coupon if no need changing beddings. My plate of melons & pineapples are freshly cut into shape of Christmas trees. How cute. The reception staff also demonstrates good services at small details. This hotel is the BEST among Quarter Group. Love it.

Overall, the hotel is great. Good location, clean and spacious.. just some small issues. I find it annoying. 1) The hotel lifts can be more responsive and active. Half the time, it's only 1 lift moving when there are 6 lifts. Resulting in long wait time and frustration as during some busy period, you can't get into the lift. 2) The lift key card reader and control panel is only at 1 side of the lift. So it's very inconvenient and hard for guests to use, especially when the lift is packed. So you may miss your level by the time you manage to squeeze through to get your room card scan. 3) The check out process can be more efficient. Due to in house beverage available in the room, the staff need to check and verify the consumption during your check out Resulting in long wait time. Wastage of time and manpower. I think in these days and age, it would not be very useful to have these in the room. Especially the mall and convenience stores are all nearby. Unneeded offerings I feel. Other than the above, the hotel is great. Hope it helps.
