Really solid accomodation when travelling to Bangkok. Perfect location and also close to the park for running, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Access to filtered water was a big plus. Highly recommended!

Sukhumvit
My husband and I stayed in the Executive Studio Apartment at Citadines 11 Bangkok and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a small kitchen, perfect for making quick meals. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Despite being in a lively area, the room was quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly assisting with our requests. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, offering a great view of the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, my experience at Citadines Sukhumvit 8 was decent. The hotel offers a 24-hour tuk-tuk service to and from the property, but you need to contact them via WhatsApp to arrange for pickup. One downside is that it can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, as it might be challenging to load and unload your bags when getting on or off the tuk-tuk. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the swimming pool was smaller than I expected, and the rooms felt a bit outdated. The water pressure in the shower was also quite weak, and I hope they address this soon. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, and the Thai tea was really good, but the coffee tasted a bit off, it was bitter and strangely salty. On the positive side, the service from the staff was excellent. The front desk went above and beyond to help me contact the security team at CentralWorld after I realized I had lost my camera there. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and went the extra mile, always remembering to prepare our room with the additional items we needed.
