This hotel is really great! I arrived at the airport at 2 AM, and the hotel staff were already waiting for me. A big thank you to the doorman who helped me with my luggage all the way to my room – that's a level of service I haven't even experienced in five-star hotels in my own country. The young man at the front desk who checked me in was amazing; he upgraded me to the highest-tier suite, which I'm incredibly grateful for. Since it was my first time abroad, I hadn't brought enough Thai Baht, and he even waived 1000 Baht for me. This was truly the best gift for my first overseas trip with a blank passport. Next time I'm in Bangkok, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to the front desk gentleman who checked me in in the early morning, and to the doorman. Sawasdee ka, thank you all!
