Service: A very poor hotel. I returned to the hotel at more than ten o'clock in the evening and found that the guest room had not been cleaned. I had already pressed the room cleaning indicator light when I left the room at ten o'clock in the morning, but the front desk told me that I had to leave the room before nine o'clock in the morning before I could clean the room for me. Then I changed my statement to say that their hotel doesn't clean the guest rooms every day. So no matter how many days you stay, they can only clean the room for you for free once. If you still want the hotel to clean the room for you again, you will have to pay extra. So I remind everyone that guests who want to stay in this hotel, please think it over clearly.

Staffs are very kind and fast. Helpful to customers and no language barriers.
The cons are the the shower doesn’t drain? Some rooms drain some don’t . Also the hot water in some rooms cannot be controlled?
Generally clean but I think the laundry needs better improvement as I can see hair or stains here and there. Some rooms are very clean but some rooms not much .

Clean place, amenities are just nice, convenience store isn’t too far away, its a little far from city center or the nearest train stn unless you destination is Bitec

Quiet & cosy, clean 2 bedroom with kitchenette. Bottle water provided, would have been nice if coffee/tea sachets were included ( since there was a kettle ) Hotel shuttle was a plus. Attentive staff. Will revisit.

Location was amazing, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants in walkable distances. Room was very clean as well. Overall a great experience there. We were there when the earthquake hit and the staff were very professional to act. They served us free snacks and drinks and arranged transport to somewhere safer during the crisis.
