Conveniently located 5 min away from Emquartier. I would have liked a proper coffee machine and capsules. Also thr tv needs upgrading. We are in 2024 and people want more than 10 channles...get a mutlimedia one on which we can watch YouTube and log on our Netflix

Room was great.
2 incidents that showcase great service from the team
1) my girlfriend birthday was on the next day of check in. We did not inform the staff but my gf said that she remember putting her date of birth on the form. The staff remember and there was a slice of cake waiting for us in the room that night
2). On the day of check out. We left our luggage at front desk. Afterwards while waiting for our hotel pick up to airport. The staff came over to tell us that the driver is waiting for us. The staff said “I do not remember the car plate. But I remember the name of the passenger the driver need to pick up”
Both experience by the staff at the hotel make this a memorable trip.

Maybe just that we had much higher expectations bc of the Hilton name but we’d avoid the brand as mush as possible in the future.
The hotel is worn out and dark - it was not like the photos and felt more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. The amenities were stingy too.
We also had some negative experiences as below.
- my friend tried check in instead of me who made the booking and they requested her to contact me to send a photo of my ID to them. Never had such request in any other hotels in the past and it was quite troublesome.
- we requested a quiet room but they provided a room right in front of the storage room instead so it was noisy with staff going in and out with slumming the door and constant rattling sound.
