A very underwhelming stay that did not represent the Hilton brand.
The male steam room didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Swimming pool tiles are damaged. No robes in the room. The bathtub faucet didn't work (I had to fill the bath using the shower). Breakfast choice was limited and cold. However, the egg station was fantastic. Very little fruits and cheeses etc.
Check-in was very friendly and warm. The bed was pretty comfortable. Located nearby Em Malls and Phrom Phong BTS.
For the price paid I was very disappointed

More like an apartment rather than hotel room. Room came with a proper fridge and stove for cooking. Service was ok, perhaps cos I am a Hilton Honors member even though no points were given cos I booked thru Trip.

The room size is big ..but the air conditioning setting is not good at all ..the wind blowing to my head and I have to use card to block the air conditioning..and when I order delivery ..when the product arrive ..the reception told me she didn’t receive and ask me to ask the outside reception..when I ask the outside in charge person ..they told me they didn’t receive…I told him ..the delivery had told them my room number..did they record..they said no…lucky I have the delivery person send me the photo ..I shown the photo to manger ..then they give me back my stuff ..so poor
