A very underwhelming stay that did not represent the Hilton brand.
The male steam room didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Swimming pool tiles are damaged. No robes in the room. The bathtub faucet didn't work (I had to fill the bath using the shower). Breakfast choice was limited and cold. However, the egg station was fantastic. Very little fruits and cheeses etc.
Check-in was very friendly and warm. The bed was pretty comfortable. Located nearby Em Malls and Phrom Phong BTS.
For the price paid I was very disappointed

More like an apartment rather than hotel room. Room came with a proper fridge and stove for cooking. Service was ok, perhaps cos I am a Hilton Honors member even though no points were given cos I booked thru Trip.

Nice to stay due to location,but the property located too far from the road,difficult to catch a taxi.If peak season always high room rates,must need to book early.

Great location. The hotel also offers shuttle service to a nearby (massive) mall complex. We loved that the hotel is in the Japanese district because we stayed there at the end of our trip and had already gotten in a ton of Thai food. Here, we were able to eat really good Japanese food nearby! The rooms are slightly outdated. And I was disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation during my trip! But otherwise, good/convenient stay.
