For us it is very important not just to have air conditioning, but a NEW air conditioning. This is exactly how it is in this hotel. The exclusive room is perfect for a family. Spacious, with a balcony, two air conditioners in the room. Spacious and comfortable. There is a balcony. 7/11 is nearby, you can take a taxi to any point. We really liked it. We stayed here several times. The only downside is that the reception is not very friendly, they speak poor English. But this can all be solved. We recommend this hotel.

The hygiene is average, the bed sheets are not changed every day, the front desk is usually empty, and I asked for the wifi password but it was not given to me.

The room is clean. The staff provides good service. There is a 7-11 nearby, but it is a bit difficult to call a taxi. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is worth its money. I would not recommend it to those who are too picky. For a tourist who is not in Asia for the first time, it is the best.
