The room smells bad. At 2 a.m. the sound of the TV came from the next room and all night the sound of cars passing by from the street. Karaoke sound from the second floor I can't sleep at all.

Upon arrival, hard to locate main entrance, which is hidden behind alley.
There is no lift. You have to walk a flight of steps to 2nd floor to check-in lobby. Not recommended for those with large luggages.
After confirming there is no lift, I had to carry my luggage 2 floors upstairs myself. I realised days later there is a cargo pulley system for luggage transport use from 2nd floor to your room. Why was I not offered earlier?
Although on Google Map to Phrom Phong BTS station, the walk is about 10min, somehow the actual distance took longer and was more tedious, partially due to many potholes or uneven pedestrians walk.If you choose to walk from BTS to the hotel, make sure your luggage wheels are hardy enough.

The location was all good, it has 7/11 outside but the only problem is that there is no lift for people.

Good price from trip.com. 700meters to BTS prompong-motorbike 20baht. Tuck away and might be hard to find at first. Service is good, staffs r friendly. House keeping clean your room but not change towels nor fill up bottle water.
