Prom Hotel

My husband and I together with my sister and brother in law had a great stay at this hotel. Love these amenities … - close proximity to a mall with the Big C store - food street is nearby - metro station is a mere 10mins walk away - room was clean and spacious - extra sink outside the toilet in the room was very useful - room was very bright with ample sunlight beamed in every morning - love the firm mattress and fluffy pillows - air conditioner worked very well For improvement - the hotel should - change the menu for the breakfast (taking the same food for 5 mornings is a little unpalatable) - provide tissues in the room (there were none) - provide better quality toilet rolls as those provided were far too soft (tore easily) - provide another luggage rack as there was no place for the second suitcase - provide two chairs in each room (only one was provided) - Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay and will return to this hotel shld we visit BKK again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prom Hotel Bangkok, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their friendly and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was incredibly comfortable with acceptable modern amenities. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the warm weather. I especially loved the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of Prom Hotel Bangkok is its location. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring the city. Whether I was heading out for sightseeing or enjoying the local food scene, everything was within reach. Overall, my experience at Prom Hotel Bangkok was wonderful, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the city. Excellent value for money and an all-around great experience!

Location is good, just behind Big C Ratchada and 3mins walk to Jodds Fair Ratchada Night Market. It’s about 7 mins walk from Thailand Cultural Center MRT station exit 4. Room size is big enough and clean, but there is no toothbrush, slippers and tissue provided. Bed is very comfortable. Aircon is cold enough. Breakfast is very simple but tasty, especially the congee. Will consider to stay here again next time.

The room was very clean. Everything was new. We stayed in Tower 3, the location is near metro Bangkok Cultural Center. There's a big supermarket. The room was quite noisy because of traffic. Overall good stay.

overall good stay for a night. Room is big and just opposite to big c supermarket. Very convenient and breakfast limited selection but tasty.

The annoying thing about this hotel is that you are split into different towers so if you are booking for a group under different rooms make sure you are booking under the same tower. Mostly close to main attractions and airport if using grab
