Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. The room had a major issue: the main light had no switch, which made it very inconvenient to adjust the lighting.
Additionally, the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Their poor command of English made communication difficult, and they seemed uninterested in resolving the issues. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and affected the overall quality of my stay.
While the hotel may have potential, the poor service and room issues were significant drawbacks.

The hotel offers basic amenities, and its location is quite convenient.
However, beyond that, the overall experience is below expectations.
The receptionist could be more attentive and there is a lack of warmth or friendliness.
If possible, self-service is recommended, as there is limited assistance available.

First confirmed with room that I request and then I have arrived, they move without notice. So if you want to travel to this hotel I am not recommended sometime May cancelled without notice. Un professional staff
