Overall consider ok, clean and comfortable only night time another closed their doors had strong bang sounds in middle of the nights. The location of the hotel is quite inside away from the main road. Unfortunately, one day they did not tidy up and change used towels for us although we hung “ please tidy the room “ since the day morning we left for outing explore. “ we went back hotel found beds are still in the mess, did not replace new clean towels and trash bin still full of rubbish. We have to went down receptionist for twice times and waited at our bedroom for more than 20 minutes then went down second time to lobby informed again, please come over our bedroom to replace clean and the empty trash bin. Although that day is busy but still have to clean up customers bedroom until they check up of the hotel.

Vela Be Bangkok Siam enjoys a fantastic location—just a short walk from the National Stadium BTS station, MBK, and Siam Paragon. Perfect for those looking to explore central Bangkok on foot. The property is clean and relatively new. The room itself was minimalistic, neat, and comfortable. However, there were a couple of small inconveniences: there were only two hangers provided with no additional clothes rack, which made it difficult to hang clothes. The sink being placed outside the bathroom felt a bit odd as well. Breakfast was decent but very basic—nothing to shout about. That said, the staff were consistently pleasant and polite throughout my stay. I did report to the front desk that one of the bath robes wasn’t replaced by housekeeping after cleaning, and they handled it professionally. Overall, a solid choice if you value convenience and cleanliness over luxury.

New. Clean. Good service. Lovely reception. Bed is soft. Good food for breakfast buffet.

New hotel in the middle of everything. I stayed in the solo room for 3 nights. At check in the hotel was 3 days old. So obviously it’s all very new and clean. The staff were really social from check in until check out. Because I check in during songkran I was gifted a water gun to join the festivities. The room is the smallest room type they have. And after a conversation with the staff they only have 2 rooms this small. I was also able to grab a discount on trip so I ended up paying a bit over 4000bath for my stay. Usually this room type cost 1600 per night. Slippers, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner and body wash all included. Hairdryer kettle water and fridge in the room. Cleaning was good. The first night the cups I had used for coffee had just been rinsed. But that didn’t happen again the rest of the stay. At check in the water was leaking under the sink, I informed the reception when going out for dinner and the issue has been fixed when I got back I guess since this is a new hotel you will find some things not being 100% ready by the hotel will fix it immediately. Also the pool is located on the first floor. However it is not ready. Still under construction without a deadline. So if this is important for you do check with the hotel before booking. Breakfast included was very simple. But has what you need. Coffee not that great for me that is used to stronger coffee. But that’s just me. You will be welcomed at floor two and asked right away if you wish eggs and how you want if prepared. I tried omelet and fried eggs they were good. Comfortable bed. And really nice pillows. Ac is quiet and becomes cold. Located in an alley but walking distance to Mbk/paragon/siam center etc. so really convenient. And close to McDonald’s and 7 eleven if you get hungry at night. Or just want a snack.

Location wise abit far from everything. Space abit small if you have big luggages. Breakfast was good.

Great location - 1 BTS stop away from Siam and other shopping areas. Hotel is pretty new and colourful. I chose Junior Suite as I like to have more space. Room is clean with all the necessary amenities. Toilet bowl only have a small gap from the sliding door, should have a bit more space especially after using the toilet and need the space to stand up. I am not big size but I can image how the bigger size customer feels. Overall, experience is good as not a big hotel means manageable in the number of people during breakfast.
