The curtains in the room were broken. Since I arrived late at night, I was too tired and just rested. The next morning, when I left, I informed the front desk that the curtains were broken and asked them to fix it. They even asked for my room number and said, 'OK, no problem.' Because I was afraid they would forget, I sent a WeChat message to the front desk again in the afternoon, reminding them about the curtains. However, I never received a reply. When I returned to the hotel at night, the curtains were still broken. I went to the front desk to ask the staff, and they said it couldn't be fixed unless I changed rooms. I checked out first thing the next morning. I thought, with all my stuff, it would be too much hassle to pack and unpack and move rooms back and forth, so I said never mind. I then asked them, 'When I told you this morning, you didn't tell me it couldn't be fixed. If you had told me to change rooms this morning, I would have!' It was truly terrible. Also, I didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning and wanted to ask how to do it. As a result, two men showed up late at night, and I didn't even dare to open the door. The emotional intelligence of the entire hotel staff is very low, and their efficiency in handling things is simply unimpressive.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious and clean, and the bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are also very friendly. Overall, it's great value for money, I recommend staying here!

The location is great, you can take a boat or the subway to get around. The room environment is pretty good, similar to the Vienna International Hotel chain in China. The most important thing is that it has a washing machine and dryer, which is perfect for long-term stays. You can also explore the night market right downstairs, so it's never boring.

Service: Everything was great. Breakfast was also very good and plentiful, with a wide variety of options suitable for all tastes. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. The hotel's proximity to Chinatown makes it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also easy to get to other attractions. I will definitely choose the Grand China Hotel Chinatown branch again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Grand China Hotel is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. There are many delicious breakfast options nearby, and the night market in the evening is lively with countless food stalls to explore. The hotel's ground floor has a seafood restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices. I found the bed, duvet, and room amenities to be on par with a five-star hotel. Friends, you should definitely try it out, it's excellent! 👍🏻

If I have another chance to visit Bangkok, I'll definitely book the Chinese Grand Hotel again. All my friends were happy with the hotel I chose. It's really good! You can even enjoy Mama Noodles right on the first floor.

Right in Chinatown, the night market downstairs is lively. The room was very clean, and all the disposable amenities were provided, including a smart toilet with a heated seat. All the front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, making communication a breeze – no need for translators or gestures. Even in a foreign country, there was absolutely no feeling of unfamiliarity. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and the service was incredibly gentle and attentive. They even proactively helped with luggage, paying great attention to every detail. The room was clean, tidy, and had excellent lighting, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling surroundings. While the night market outside was lively and vibrant, the room itself was very quiet, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The facilities were thoughtfully designed with Chinese travelers in mind, featuring universal domestic outlets, USB/Type-C ports – no need for adapters. The illuminated makeup mirror and mini-fridge were also a great touch, making it very convenient for a typical holiday.
