BC Guesthouse Banglamphu

We had another hotel booked and we urgently needed to find a replacement in the same area. We chose this hotel. After booking, we arrived at the hotel an hour later. There was no one at the reception, finally when we waited for the manager, we were told that all the rooms were sold out. I show the booking of our room, to which I am offered to contact the Trip.com support service, thanks to the good work of the service we managed to resolve the situation, but the room they gave us was obviously not the one we booked. It was on the top floor, washed and cleaned in a hurry. There was a web and a spider in the bathroom :) Obviously, the hotel was not waiting for us, all the rooms were sold out and they quickly found an unused room. But since we urgently needed to resolve the situation, we agreed to this option.
