Nice hotel with a good location right next to a BTS station. Also not in a crazy part of the city so it seems safe. 7-11 and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

Had always stay in this hotel for most of my Bangkok stay. Good Location and friendly staffs.
However a few things seem to lack behind for this hotel.
Firstly one of the lift is not working well. Whenever the lift stop at any floor , all the buttons that had been pressed will "disable" you need to tap your card and press the floor that you want to go again. If someone suddenly want to go down while you actually wanted to go up. you have to follow the lift down again.
Next is the house keeping room service , although they make the room everyday but the bed sheet had some yellow spot stain upon check in. I thought they will change it when they make the room each day but the bed sheet and pillow case are not change even after 3 days . They only clean the room , tidy your bed and change the towels (when you put the towels on the floor)
The white color plates on the 8th floor restaurant are mostly stained and look old but the plates are clean. Just that one can see black stains on almost 80% of all the plates.

This Sheraton hotel is in a great location, right next to the light rail station. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel facilities are a bit outdated.
Before our stay, we saw reviews mentioning ants, and we did encounter a few (just two or three). The trash bin didn’t have a plastic liner, though we’re not sure why. On the plus side, there is an outdoor pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast and one lunch. The breakfast was quite good, and the only difference in the lunch was the addition of three types of seafood.

A bell boy, housekeeper, and receptionist are rather helpful. Satisfied with the room cleanliness. Location is strategic for travellers who seek for train use, however, surrounding the hotel has no much attractions/market or food stalls. That’s the downside for those who don’t take train. The hotel room can be improved and be nicer with the price paid.

We arrived at the hotel two hours earlier than the actual check in time but the staff still managed to offer us bedrooms quickly! The room was large and I would give a ten out of ten to the service and cleanness. The staffs tidied up our room nicely and were so friendly that they would greet us with their bright smiles! The buffet was so good that the menu changes every day (The fruits are freshly served and highly recommend having Longan fr) The location of this hotel is a ten out of ten again since it just only take a few steps to the BTS station and 2 stops to Siam area (SUPER CONVENIENT) The only thing to concern will be restaurants. Although there is a market beside this hotel, it’s not open everyday. Also, there are only a few restaurants beside this hotel and some even tasted bad (A restaurant which claimed itself being a winner of Michelin). However, the hotel itself was so good and I really had a nice stay with my family here! ^^

I've stayed here multiple times...this is the first time since nama changed. But the service stayed top the same. What I like most about this hotel is it's location. Since it's next to BTS Ploenchit station, everywhere else in Bangkok is beyond reachable. The breakfast buffet and staff promptness to request also is excellent. I will recommend this hotel to anyone's looking for good hotel in Bangkok.
