Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for shopping and foods. The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. We had an issue with the bathroom sink, but after we informed the staff, they responded quickly and fixed it for us. I really appreciated their fast and efficient service. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again. One area that could be improved is the privacy of the bathroom window. It is a bit see-through, and you can see the shadow of the person inside the bathroom. It would be better to have more privacy, especially when staying with friends.

The hotel location was superb! So convinient. The room is big, bright and clean. The bed is comfy too. Would definitely stay when revisit.

The hotel was closed to the shopping central area a few minutes walking distance. The breakfast was good and a lot of choices to choose the swimming pool are new renovated also the bed very comfortable. I always stayed in this hotel every time I come to visit Thailand

Staff Alin was very friendly, kind, and helpful. She kindly assisted us with upgrading our room to a family room so we could connect with our friends’ twin room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the first and last time we will stay at this hotel. While the location is relatively convenient, the service and overall hotel standards were extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was unprofessional. There was no clear queue system or staff to guide guests, and the staff at the available counter made no effort to assist us. We had to watch other guests approach the counter before realising it was actually available. We also paid extra to upgrade our room, only to face an even worse experience. Despite the hotel being advertised as “newly renovated in 2025” on the booking website, our room was clearly not up to standard. On the second night, the ceiling started leaking while we were having dinner in the room. The water was dirty and had a terrible smell. Although maintenance came to fix the leak, we were told housekeeping would come to clean up and remove the odour. We waited nearly an hour, but no one came. After calling the front desk again, the duty manager simply offered us a smaller room or told us to remain in the room with the bad smell. The response was extremely disappointing and felt like they were simply trying to brush us off. There was no genuine concern for the guest’s comfort or experience. This is honestly one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was so comfy and clean. I feel like at home. :)

The location is very convenient to get to Big C, Central Mall, Platinum Mall, and Erawan Shrine. Friendly staff and clean rooms with comfy bed. Highly recommended!
