Great service hotel. But a bit old, the breakfast buffet options has reduced, there were more Asian choice before, eg Bak Kut Teh, Nann Bread and Vietnamese Poh are not available anymore. The executive lounge is good though.

Always with a smile to welcome us, so respectful in greetings.They are willing to go extra mile.Also to thank staff Chor for his wonderful service.The hotel is so beautiful and i would say the best at Bangkok.Love this place so much and we will return back here.

Luggage service took half an hour, which delayed our trip schedule. Hotel with good facilities and welcoming service but the management of the business seems to be a bit unorganised and inefficient.
