Grace Hotel

HOTEL IS FAMILIER AND GOOD FOR EVERYONE.....SPECIALLY STAFFS ARE HELPFUL.

i love the places specially the receiptionist there are so kind, also a lot of things to do there❤️

It’s a great location for shopping dinning entertainment, Nana train station near by. Hotel staff need a lot of courtesies training specifically on front desk and cleaning staff. It’s a nice huge lobby but it should be very clean and non smoking to relax or wait for your taxi or a short meeting with your guest or visitors. They a have small non smokers room with one sofa at the end of the lobby but still you can sit as smoking smell is speeded every where. I found two cockroach in my bathroom room once I informed at front desk she put some cockroach catcher which looks ugly whenever you go to bathroom, bathroom ceiling was full of black mold and I notified at front desk. Hotel is in process of renovation but they really need a great professional management team to maintain the quality to having a great time of visitors. I was in one of the unrenovated rooms. It was clean with no odors. Quiet. AC cooled the room quickly. Only saw 2 small roaches. It was complete fine. The redone rooms are likely very good. The reception, despite past reviews was polite and personable. Neighbors can be heard through doors that connect rooms, but they are sealed. But still. Hopefully the renovated rooms don't have them. I would certainly stay again, depending on the price.

The hotel is located few meters away from nana BTS metro station. It has many indian restaurant nearby, so u don't have to walk much. The house keeping guys are lazy, they don't service your room daily, until u run behind them to do so.

Too m a ny insects in the bathroom, there was no washing soap . Dirty

They have a very rude receptionist. They don’t care about your request. I will never stay again here
