The hotel staff were friendly and didn’t even ask for a deposit. Check in and checkout was super fast and easy.
Location was very good. Lots of food , coffee shopping and mrt and bts within a few minutes walk.
The room decoration was old style but very clean and comfortable with hot water in shower also. The hotel was also quiet.
I was pleased with my stay here. If you need a cheap place to sleep with comfortable bed , hot water and close to lots of stuff you can’t go wrong staying here.

Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel’s location is great. Necessary amenities for a budget hotel and price performance ratio is good. Walkable distance to Lumphini MRT station. There’s no elevator at the hotel so reaching to the higher floors are a bit difficult. Good stay and is recommended

THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTER, BUT THIS HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE A LIFT AND THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM IS LESS THAN CONSIDERED, HOPE IT CAN IMPROVE MORE IN TERMS OF ROOM CLEANLINESS. THANK YOU.

A practical location, spacious room, clean; I didn’t use it but the hotel has a parking lot for guests which is cool. Overall fine for my short stay.
Note: no elevator (I didn’t but survived).

This is a wonderful hotel for a piece of mind chasing for not crowded but convenient location ( few minutes walk on foot distance to both MRT & a huge brand new combined Department Stores), though not having any lifts/elevators, the price is just fair enough with two-bed rooms equipping with a hair dryer also, clean and tidy, very friendly manner workers, plus offering you free coffee & own-made cookies which made me a pleasant stay for two nights here, and if possible, I’ll choose it again for my next time accommodation for either a family, business or combination trip here!

I booked a room good for 2. The room has fridge, ac, kettle, cups, water, hot shower, bidet, soup, two tables and a chair. No elevator, no tissue paper though.
It's in between Lumpini MRT and Klongtei MRT, but never stop at Klongtoei Mrt because you have to cross a highway with intersections and fast moving cars with limited stop lights ( Lumpini MRT is the best to stop)
