Good stay and the place seems nice and clean.
Just a few note:
1) mosquitoes were flying around, maybe need to work on that
2) elevator needs to be re-configured
3) TV speaker needs to be fixed

Overall pleasent experience. Staff was friendly and helped out for check in. Room and bed itself was comfortable.

Always warmly welcome and well taken care of. Great location only 500m walk from Ari BTS station. Free access to the gym which is a plus. Rooms are not spacious but good thing they are separate with shared bathrooms (not dom). Will definitely visit again.

The room is small, but the sauna has everything you need. I spent a very interesting night there. It was magical and enjoyable. The breakfast was very rich and the front desk was very welcoming.

The starting room is not suitable for people who are claustrophobic.
Good service, including sauna and onsen with breakfast, quite worth it. There is a gym to use, old but still usable.
I personally like it, might go again during the festival.
