This hotel was efficient and quick with check in and check out. Drinks and beers in the mini fridge were really reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is also in good location for BTS

The infrastructure is very outdated. Mould in the bathroom, pool very dirty and the filter was not in operation. Staff very friendly and breakfast good.

The best part of the hotel itself is the wooded decor — it is a nice period piece inside. Also, the breakfasts are very good, but they could make freshly brewed coffee rather than dish out instant coffee.
The bad parts are
A heavily chlorinated pool whose water looked milky. It really needs a modern filtration system that other hotels have in their pools to keep the water clean and clear.
Noisy air-conditioning and lack of sound proofing. We could hear the toilets flush, the neighbours showering and talking behind the walls.

Conveniently located near food options. The hotel room is spacious and clean. However, the stairs leading to the hotel lobby may be challenging for elderly guests.

Reading some of the negative reviews, I think it is too easy to take things for granted.
Elizabeth Hotel has many positives:
1. Strategic location. Near BTS saphan kwai. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets nearby. If you are traveling, it is easy to get to the airport or train stations.
2. Good staff. Everyone is courteous, caring, considerate. They are genuine and sincere. I love them.
3. Free breakfast. Rice, bread, meat, vegetables, sauces, juice, fruit. What more does one need?
The hotel is older, but I like older. It is a strong and steady building.

Old hotel but valued accordingly. We couldn't use the pool because the filtration system was broken. Breakfast was very poor.
