P18 Hotel Bangkok

This hotel was small but amazing. The staff was so nice from the minute we arrived to when we left. I love that there were free snacks by the elevator and they gave a free reusable bag with their name on it when we checked in. The hotel was super clean and modern too. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I return to Thailand.

The hotel is in a small building, a little out of the way. This is a highly rated hotel on the booking site with a score of 9.2. I stayed for three days and everything was fine at first, but on the last night something very unpleasant happened. When we went out during the day, we left our 409 baht change in our hotel room. Why am I so sure? Because I have the habit of keeping accounts and checking balances every day. The money is for public transport (metro) and the rest of the cash is in my purse in my backpack. When I go out and find I've left my change on the table or on the fridge, I start using the money in my wallet. When I got back to the hotel, I found the money was gone. I'll talk to the front desk immediately. They contacted the housekeeper and called housekeeping to ask, but no one admitted. After communicating for a while, I didn't want to pursue it any further because the amount was small. But this incident seriously affected the mood of the trip. I've been to Thailand four times and I love everything about it. This has never happened to me.
