We had a rest together with my daughter in a superior room with breakfasts from 10/07/24 to 10/10/24. We chose the hotel based on the following criteria: not old, possibility to get from the airport by public transport, proximity to the historical center, budget option, good reviews. True Siam Rangnam Hotel meets all the listed requirements. From Suvarnabhumi Airport we went by metro to the Ratchaprarop stop, then walked to the hotel according to the attached scheme. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, has everything you need: air conditioning, kettle, bottled water, hair dryer, safe, toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel), slippers (rubber). The beds are wide enough, comfortable. The hotel interiors and facades are made in the national Thai style, beautiful, we liked it. Very cozy restaurant, where we went for breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, you can take towels at the reception to visit it. The water is clean and pleasant. In the evening we admired the city lights. Breakfasts were quite satisfactory, there are egg dishes, vegetables, fruits, meat dishes, coffee. In the rain, we took umbrellas at the reception. In my assessment, I took off one star for the lack of services stated on the trip.com website: currency exchange and tour booking service. We needed these services, but they refused us, unfortunately. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the hotel. We recommend

The room is simple and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Price was right. Water was hot and had good pressure. The location is good next to public transportation and a 10 minute walk to airport fast rail. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Good working AC. Good simple guest policy. I have stayed at both True Siam locations and they’re both good and pleasant stay. The only two problems- grab and google has the wrong location they will drop you off a street away. It’s annoying but not the hotels fault. The room could use some outlets near the bed. But over all great location, price and stay.
