Hotel is Very strict when it comes to cleanliness of there linens which is good. However. If you accidentally stained the linens, they will not refund your security deposit of 1000 baht. :(
Breakfast is a bit annoying since everyday they serve same menu & halal. We dont eat halal that’s why for 3 days of our stay in Spenza, we only ate omelet & bread 😅.. the noise of the Tuktok is also annoying since you will really hear the noise from the street.
Also, there were ants & small cockcroach near the telephone too. 🙃

It’s my regular hotel in Bangkok if I would like to shop around Pratunam Market & Platinum Mall. Hotel staff are very friendly and cheerful. Room is clean and spacious

Hotel room has a mouldy smell when we 1st checked in. Asked the front desk to do something on the 2nd day and the smell is gone. The staffs at front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Location of hotel is convenient. There are lots of restaurants, shops and Seven Eleven just outside.
Only trouble is, the rooms are not sound proof. We were allocated an adjoining room, it was quite noisy.
Other than that, it's quite a pleasant stay.
