*** Poor and unprofessional service from the hotel duty manager (female, name starts with Naxxxx)*** This was my first stay at this hotel, booked for six days and five nights based on positive reviews. However, I am disappointed with the unprofessional service and attitude of the female duty manager (name starts with Naxxxxx). On 14 Feb at 9:15am, I reported a noticeable 2-3 cm mattress depression in our room (refer to the pictures attached), which caused my lower back pain after 2 nights sleep. I showed the mattress picture to the duty manager and she used her phone to take a photo and assured me someone would check it. Later, at 9:45am, I reminded her before leaving the room, and she promised an immediate mattress replacement. Upon returning at 12:00pm, the duty manager informed that the mattress had been changed, but the depression remained identical. At 12:45pm, she asked us to stay in the room while housekeeping would come to verify the replacement. We waited 30 minutes (until 1:15 pm), but no one arrived, and our calls to the front desk went unanswered. When we went down, we saw three staff, including the duty manager, chatting while ignoring calls. The duty manager then insisted all mattresses have depressions—something she failed to mention earlier. If true, this raises concerns about the hotel’s standards. All the above statements are true and if the hotel wants to verify, I believe they can check on the CCTV at the counter. Additionally, I noticed a facial towel from 2016—almost 10 years old, yellowed, and stained. It is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to provide such aged linens. Despite this experience, all other staff were professional and helpful. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve service quality.

What a fantastic hotel ! Everything was absolutely perfect ! The location, the price, the rather marvellous staff, the food and drink.... The pool on the 9th floor is just bliss ! I had never visited Bangkok's before and fell in love with the city and Thailand. So much so that I'm returning in April for 1 month. As soon as I get off that plane I'm heading straight to this hotel again. It feels like my second home now. ❤️❤️❤️

✅ Nice and Pleasant Staff👨🏻💼👩🏻💼 ✅ Strong Sprinkler Head🚿 for shower ✅ Good Power of Hair Dryer ✅ Free Minibar, including peanuts, cracker, bottled water, milk, juice and soft drinks, are replenished daily ✅ Extremely Close to MRT🚇  ✅ Easy Access to One Bangkok Shopping Mall via MRT station ↔️ The Selection of Breakfast was average. I had an enjoyable breakfast during my stay at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel in last year at the same price level.  ↔️ Need to interchange for BTS🚊 in order to go to Siam and airport.  ✖️Strong Odor of Thinner when the lift door was opened. Should use odorless paint and arrange air purifier. Never look like a 5-star hotel as classified by Trip.com. ✖️Noisy. Can hear engine sound on the road. ✖️No USB Port. Guests are reminded to bring their own adapter🔌. ✖️The Signal of TV Box was poor. Couldn’t watch TV📺 at times. Required to call reception for repair service. Never experienced the same in any hotel. ✖️The Time shown on the electronic clock⏰ was not correct.

I recently stayed at AETAS Lumpini Hotel in Bangkok and had a great experience. The room was spacious, well-designed, and offered a stunning view of the city. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location near Lumpini Park is also a plus, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend AETAS Lumpini for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok. Would definitely stay again!

This old Hotel is a complete disaster and was my biggest disappointment in Bangkok ! The biggest shock was the old smelly salami that was served for breakfast.
