Very expensive food and not good quality. Hotel is very nice old fashioned Thai hotel with wood everywhere, and staff are very friendly.

Location wise u will get all food surrounding area. U can enjoy the trip . Hotel expectation was not fulfilled.

Everything was good . Except for the Indians at the breakfast, they were disgusting .
They take food from the main container by their hands and take a bite, and they put It back if they don't like it.
Just the hotel needs to solve this issue.

The hotel is nice except the reception people are quite rude. It seems to be common with all the staff during the check in and check out. It took me 15 minutes to check in as they have multiple tasks to attend while attending the customer even though I have all my reservations from trip.com
While checking out I am having one room check out and they are interested in tour people who arrive on bus. They would check out all 30 rooms before they got to me. When I suggested do me as it is single room they got upset and let me wait 20 minutes before they got to me

the hotel rooms are old but still ok. but the lobby and restaurants need renovations. breakfast needs to be improved.
