-Claiming 5Stars is nonsense claim.
-Lizard has welcomed us when entering our 7th floor.
-No hygiene enough.
-Breakfast is not the way they advertised on trip.com , they have offered limited options on their own selection
Over All this hotel only entitled to have no more than 2 stars.

Place is good but quite far from market areas and other tourist attractions in bangkok yet can book a taxi via apps and it is very convenient. The Hotel staffs are great and they are very active in addressing guest requests. So far my stay for 2 nights was great and i like the room its spacious and clean though quite old (need to upgrade). So far so good👍!
