Some hotels around the area just raised their prices like crazy. This is still a budget friendly hotel near an MRT station that I'm ok with.

The hotel is clean, but old. For the price I would say it is a good value. There are signs everywhere (NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS, MUST CHECKOUT BY NOON) which I usually find red-flagish, but no issues. Staff was helpful. Had a friend flying in from Shanghai at 4 am and they were helpful about getting him into the hotel.

Convenient to MRT Lumpini. Appreciated safety box. Lots of TV channels. The bathroom was dingy and in need of some repairs. The hotel is old and needs a remodel very bad. The room price is not bad but there is a reason the price is low. There is a restaurant at hotel but the food priced are a bit high. A property manager with advice from an interior designer could do alot of good for this place.

This place is excellent. Queen, quiet, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff. Centrally located near the Lumpini MRT and the one Bangkok mall. I don't think you can beat the price-to-quality ratio anywhere in Bangkok, and it's probably the only place I will stay when I visit the city in the future.

It's a very old hotel now with a lot of history but is still very clean with great service, the staff are great and many of them have been there for years. The restaurant is good as always and still very popular.

Have been coming here for decades. Feels like coming home. Wonderful front of house staff, friendly and helpful.
Secure and welcoming environment with excellent domestic service at all times.
Bathrooms could do with upgrading but perfectly adequate.
Not situated in Silom or Sukhamvit but that's why I stay here, lol.
