Some hotels around the area just raised their prices like crazy. This is still a budget friendly hotel near an MRT station that I'm ok with.

The hotel is clean, but old. For the price I would say it is a good value. There are signs everywhere (NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS, MUST CHECKOUT BY NOON) which I usually find red-flagish, but no issues. Staff was helpful. Had a friend flying in from Shanghai at 4 am and they were helpful about getting him into the hotel.

Very good value for this area. Close to east exit of Lumpini MRT. Nice pool area and a restaurant. It is an older hotel but I liked the retro feel. my room faced a nearby building but was very quiet. Being old, it's not fancy but everything worked and the friendly vibe was appreciated.

Disappointing Stay - Needs Significant Improvement This hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations. The cleanliness was below par, and the overall appearance felt dated. Basic amenities like slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and hand soap were notably absent, which was inconvenient. I booked for two nights, but after seeing the condition of the room upon arrival at 1 AM, I requested a refund for the second night. Given my early departure at 10 AM, I felt this was a reasonable request. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel to others.
