My experience at was far from ideal due to a number of issues.
Firstly, the deposit requirement of 2000 Thai Baht per room was excessively high and completely unexpected. This was particularly inconvenient as I did not have enough cash on hand for the trip. It would have been much more helpful if this had been communicated clearly during the booking process so I could have planned accordingly.
Secondly, upon check-out, we were informed that a stain had been found on one of the pillowcases, and we were charged 200 Thai Baht for cleaning. This charge felt unfair, as we didn’t cause any damage. What was even more surprising was that the housekeeping staff performed an immediate room check right after we checked out, which felt intrusive and was not standard practice compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in.
Additionally, housekeeping did not replace or clean the used cups in our room, which is typically expected during a hotel stay. The table was also dirty and had not been wiped down, further contributing to the lack of attention to detail.
