I have stayed at this hotel in the past and given them business over many stays. However they have treated me badly. On this particular stay, they charged me 1000 bhat for stains on bed. Blood stains left by my girlfriend who had her monthly cycle. But the hotel management didn't show any empathy.
Given that I'm a loyal repeat customer, despite my requests to the management, they did not waive off the 1000 bhat fine. I even put a YouTube review of them last year on my channel. Being a repeat customer. Given them business many times. Yet this is how they have treated me over a mere 1000 bhat.
For me it's not about the money. 1000 bhat is peanuts. But their refusal of my requests based on good faith and loyalty is what really hurts. They showed me that as a loyal client my business is not appreciated.
I am writing this review in disgust and with the promise that I will never return to this hotel ever again. Over just 1000 bhat the hotel's management lost a lifelong customer. It shows the sad backwards mindedness of the incompetent management.
Nine at front desk was very polite and did his best to resolve the situation. But it seems the management is only interested in making short term gains and ******** the hotel's brand loyalty away over some measly 1000 bhat. It's sad to see.
I will now be posting this same review on other platforms also and I've decided to remove my previous YouTube review video also.
Davis, you've lost a good guest. It's sad you don't know a thing about customer service.
