Customers arriving by taxi can have the taxi drop them off at the alley entrance on the Phetchaburi Road side as usual. Staff will be available to assist with carrying luggage to The Residence Hotel.

Pleasant stay. Room was clean enough. Went during the earthquake period. Good that its only 5 floor so it was not affected. Only use the stairs. Stay is very near to platinum mall and below have 7 11. **becareful and check the bottles when you check in. I was charged for a bottle where i did not open at all. Cap was open but i did not even touch it. ***

Tissues are not available in the room as well as coffee and tea. Sofa at lobby area shall be upgraded.

The room was big and spacious. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning service does a good job daily.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is literally on a side road next to platinum fashion mall and then a 10 minute walk from Centeral world and ultimately Siam Square.
It’s a very convenient location… everything you need is around.
If you’re in Bangkok for shopping it’s an ideal location.
