Overall, OK
- My room had windows facing the promenade. Some might find it too noisy, but I slept fine
- The mattresses are a bit hard, indeed
- The balcony is very narrow, but you can smoke on it, there is even an ashtray
- The location is great, 5 minutes to Nana station, shops nearby
- The mirrors are a bit creepy
- Ants in the room

The service staff is very good. The room is okay, but there are bugs on the bed. It itches all night. When I wake up, my whole body is covered in red marks.
